Hello, I am having trouble making a purchase. I am trying to buy something, it is my first time purchasing something so it asks me to add a credit card. I have already added a prepaid visa card, so I entered the info again, I click on "Add" then it says processing, but the processing thing goes away and nothing else appears on the screen. This has been happening for about 15 minutes and I'm getting frustrated.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
