Hi

 

I'm having a problem with linking my card which I had previously linked to my previous (old) PayPal Account even when I removed it,it declines to be linked to my new PayPal Account. Is there any solution to this? or any estimated time to wait after I've removed it to my previous PayPal Account.

I would wait at least 72 hours after removing the card before trying to add it again to another account.
