Hi. I've seen this issue posted by others but... what the heck. Each time I try to withdraw my funds to my valid account, I get the 'Sorry not possible - try again later'. I have to ask the help centre each time. And when the agent 'enables' me to withdraw money, it is then 'under review' for 12 hours. Extremely frustrating. Like going to the ATM machine and having it say 'Sorry, try again later' when you need to get your cash out. What's going on? It's causing headaches for me now.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
