Confirming / Linking Bank Account

It's been more than five days and you still haven't put the two small deposits in my account therefore I cant setup my account.

 

Could you please just manually activate my account because I was time restrained in setting this up and I cannot wait another five days!

 

Plus when I try to use the CONTACT button and choose the 3 appropriate dropdowns related to my issue... the "SUBMIT" button does not work.

 

Sorry state of affairs! Very frustrating.

Thanks for posting your questions here. I understand that it can be frustrating that you have not received the 2 amounts in order to confirm the bank.

I am afraid that I will have to ask you to contact us as we can only help here with general information. If you contact us we can resend the 2 amounts manually. 

If you click on the 'Help & contact' link at the bottom of each page you can either e-mail or call us so that we can help you.
