Today I received an insurance check from USPS. I went to deposit it in my personal PayPal account, but the next screen says "we can't enable check cashing on this account". I have done this with checks, on a few different occasions. I called PayPal and they've now transferred me to Ingo. The problem is that I never actually made it to a screen related to Ingo. I can't even get to the screen to enter the check amount and start capturing images.
