Please try again later.” I’m using a visa one vanilla and I have it set up for purchases everywhere properly and I already called the card issuer and the visa helpline and everything is fine on their end and I can buy things in person however PayPal is not accepting the card? Anyway I could get some help! Thank you 🙂
