I tried confirming my card but on getting the pp code I got this response Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions. Why a d what can I do about it ?? Thank you

I solved it. Thanks. I didn't have up to the $1.95 in the card at the moment.
