I KNOW this has been asked before, but I still need help because I cannot resolve my issue! I have been charged 1$ + 1.5€ for verifying my MasterCard, and even though I have completed all verification and waited extensively my money hasn't been returned. What is going on? This has caused unnecessary complications.
