I am unable to withdraw funds to my bank account. Every time I try to withdraw funds I get the errors 'We're not able to complete this transaction at the moment.' I know there are others who have had such issue in the past which was resolved by the PayPal moderators but no steps to solve the issue have been posted. Can someone please help me with the same. There are no restrictions on my account.
I'm also having this issue. PayPal customer service are about as useful as a glass hammer. Automated service is just ridiculous. please can somebody answer this question ?
