Cannot add Debit Card to Account

Whenever I try to add my debit card to my account it lists this error;

We can't complete this right now.

This has gone on for a week now.

For reference I live in Bermuda and I know others here have successful linked both credit and debit cards to their accounts.

It just says that they can’t complete the add, not that you can’t link cards to your account. Probably some temporary processing issue. Try clearing browser cache and/or updating your browser if needed and restart device.

I've tried it on several different devices over the course of what's now approaching two weeks.
