Hi all, I canceled the visa card (closed account) attached to Paypal 3-4 years ago because I don't need use Paypal at that time. And now, I want to make a new visa card (another visa card with different number xxx) to attach Paypal again, is it ok? 

- Debit card or credit card is better?
- And any fee for this?
