Canadian LLP PayPal account - unable to withdraw funds

Hello Community!

Note: The question  I have has nothing to do with my PayPal account.  I am solving a problem of my employer.

 

We have a PayPal Account registered on LLP (Limited liability partnership) in Canada . The participants are not Canadians, but at the time of registration they were residents of Canada. After they left Canada they did not withdrew their money left on PayPal Account. And now they cannot have withdraw it because they don't have a Canadian bank account anymore. Do you know what can be done in this case?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
