Hello, just curious. I am trying to make a purchase on my origin account for a new game and every time I go to complete payment it tells me to add a credit card when I already have my bank account attached and set as my primary way of purchasing. What can I do to not have that happen so I can buy my game? I don’t have a credit card. Thanks in advance.

Hi @meaganjoelie and welcome to PayPal community!
This may happen when merchant has on settings to only accept payment when is made by card.
It that case, it means that there is nothing wrong on your account, it is only a setting on merchant's side.
Once you add a card you will be able to complete the purchase.
I hope it helps!
Have a good day!
