Can’t withdraw my money

Dear guys, please help me.

 

I have an issue about withdrawing my money. Everytime I tried to withdraw my money, there was a message said : Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later.

 

There are not any open case about disputes or claims, and I don’t know why I still can’t withdraw my money even only $10.

 

I already sent an email to Customer Support and they said to wait until next 72 hours to retry, but I still can’t withdraw my money.

 

Please help me.

Hi! I feel that you really need the money right away, I wish I could do something about it. The good thing is you already submitted the necessary documentation so that it could be reviewed as soon as possible. Paypal team will get back to you through your email once the review has been done. I hope all is well. Keep safe.

I'm sorry that you are unable to transfer the funds to your bank account.   If you are getting an error message when trying to transfer money to your bank, it could be because: You have a limitation placed in your PayPal account. You may need to go through a security check, so we can confirm your identity. Your debit card or bank account may not be eligible to process Instant Transfer. Our security system may have detected unusual activity. If the transfer to your bank account still doesn’t go through, try: Linking an eligible debit card and transferring money using this card. Linking a bank account and transferring money using this account. Requesting a check to be mailed to you (there is a fee for check withdrawals). If you find this helpful, kindly give a Kudos or accept it as a solution. Thanks and have a great day!

Thank you for your information. I really appreciate it.

 

Talking about limitation placed in my account, I think I already confirmed my identity by sending Pictures of my Identity Card including my bank book with the last 6 months transaction history as PayPal suggested, and I think it is solved because I dont see any more notification about account limitation on summary page.

 

I have already sent another email to Customer Support and they said that they have raised an escalation to the relevant team regarding my issue. But it is already 2 days, and I still have not received any news about it.

 

I really need to withdraw my money as fast as possible, because I have medical bills to pay.

 

Do you have any idea about this issue?

Hi,

 

How long it usually takes for the team to review the document? I submitted the document on 28 March 2020, so it has been more than one week.

 

Or is there any maximum amount in withdrawing the money in the period of time? Because I just withdrew about $3,000 in March.
