I'm trying to withdraw my money to my visa debit card but error notification pops up "There's a problem. Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." Previously I did the same and there was no problem transferring funds. Tried to contact customer support but they write that they have limited customer agents, so no help.
I couldn't contact Customer service via the message center, since no CS agent is available. However, I could transfer my money by portions. It appeared that there was a limit of $2500 per transfer (which is strange given the fact that my debit card is verified)
