None of my cards are eligible and only US bank accounts can be linked to the account. Is this how PayPal is now? None of the help articles are up to date, everything is useless, I'm dizzy from getting redirected from one useless solution to another( I need this money soon! When I found a card that's eligible, I keep getting a message that the request can't be processed right now. What does that mean even?
