Hello I have a problem. I noticed that I can't send money to my bank account anymore. It tells me : "you are transfering more money than the actual anually limit. Try a smaller amount". The thing is, I didn't even transfer $1000. I use PayPal for art commissions and I only transfer like $500 in total this year. Now I wanted to transfer just 6 dollars and I can't. Any help?
