Can't re-add my prepaid debit card

I tested out the "send money" and the "add/remove card" feature of the app, but now I can't re-link my card. I keep getting the error message - "the action can't be completed now". How long does it usually take for PayPal to fix this? Will it still be possible to re-link my card without calling customer service?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
