Can't add bank account

Hello, I can't add my bank account.

 

Firstly I was asked to confirm my identity and answer some questions and looks like I couldn't persuade the system. Currently I can't add my bank account at all I see "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

i called to support three times and they told me that i'm able to add bank account  Last email from support has instruction how to add bank account.

I'm going slightly mad.

it's my account, same name. Paypal accepts accounts from my bank. untitled.JPG

 

Please help!!!!

Are you trying to add a 'bank account' in the bank account section or a 'debit card' in the bank account section and not debit card section??
