Can not Confirm credit card

Hey everyone,

Before something like a week ago I added my credit card to PayPal and in the beginning, I had the option to confirm the credit card but i did 4 mistakes with the code but now I have the right code to confirm it but I have not option to confirm it on the website,

I contacted Paypal and they told me to try to use another browser and it didn't help,

if someone has any idea what to do I'd be glad to hear that.
