I am in the middle of a dispute with CMH Network Technology where, they sent me a product that was not the colour I ordered and I requested a refund.  What they proposed is that I give the product to family member and offered me a 10% refund of a $40.00 purchase.  This was NOT acceptable.  I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with this seller?

I had the same problem, Paypal helped to resolve with them, they asked to send the products back, which cost almost the price of original purchase. This company is clearly scam. I sent it back and still waiting for them to respond. The package supposed to be there by now, and no words yet from them. I hope Paypal decision maker is aware of it and send me the refund. I think Paypal has the money right now and hold it in a dispute account.

This is very disturbing that many of us still run into this problem. If I don't get a refund out of this, we will need to alert this scam to other people.
