My PayPal balance keeps getting returned when I try to withdraw it to my bank account..3 times now!! Even after speaking with PayPal reps during verification of my acct and was assured it would be there this time, as well as the ok from my bank rep to receive the deposit!! I DESPERATELY need this money in my bank acct to cover a payment coming out and can't wait another 3-5 business days to yet again find out it was refunded to my PayPal account! Is there another way I can recieve the money from my PayPal account quickly?? Pleas help??!! Desperate and very frustrated!!
