I have some money stored in paypal in USD and I want to make a transaction with a a vendor that uses EURO. Do I have to convert the money to EURO in paypal before hand or will it be handled automatically on payment? Additionally if i have a card linked to paypal that is in EURO would it be better to transfer funds there and handle the transactions through it? who would be handling the conversion fees in each case?
