I made a mistake of setting up my account as Business as I intend to use it as a business transaction account-- only to realise I do not need this as I provide digital services (no physical products sent out) and that I won't be receiving more than 1 payment per month.
I have received my first payment and it is on-hold. One of the requirement to release the funds is to "Confirm your mobile phone number". I knew I had done this, but it is still listed as a requirement. When I tried to do click the link at the list of requirement, it just brings me back to my account page?
Other requirements to release the funds are
- Process 10 payments for goods and services starting today.
- Process 1.700,00 SEK in sales starting today.
I don't see myself fulfilling these requirements. What are the chances of my funds to be released/ what will happen to the unreleased money?
