Good morning I recently opened my PayPal account, and in the process of linking my card to my PayPal account I was charged 1043.25 and it ask me to enter code starting with this format **PP1234CODE as I did not get the code , I choosed resend code and I got debited again, my question now is that is the money going to be reversed to my bank account or PayPal account,, and is it reverse albe if one is charged for linking of cards

If you are from Nigeria then you should not be using a Lesotho countries paypal account which will never work for you.

The billing address of the card has to match the address on the paypal account which would have to be in Lesotho.
