Hi first of all I cant attach my bankaccount to my Paypal account and I just transferred money from my bankaccount to my PayPal normally it appears in seconds it s been longer than 1 hour now and it is still not on my account.

Hi I've been struggling to link my debit card with PayPal account, I don't know what could be wrong because my address and other details are correct, can someone please assist me and thanks in advance.
