Bank account wrong

I had 15$ in my balance i added a bank but the detail was wrong and i also added a card but it was the right one so my 15$ were withdrawn to that wrong detail bank that doesn't exist. Pls tell me how to get those 15$ back

If the bank declines the transfer then they should auto bounce back to your paypal balance.

Allow 14 days and if no sign of them contact paypal customer services for a trace?
