Hello. I am having issues linking my bank account. I have put in the account number and the routing number. PayPal originally told me that the account won't link because the information was invalid. Now they are telling me that they can't add the account because there are security issues with my account. I have tried using there stupid messaging system to no avail. It doesn't work. I tried calling them. No one is available to take the call. I can't find an email to use for help. I'm so angry and frustrated that all I want to do is cancel my account entirely. I have money waiting to be deposited and it will not deposit. Please help.
