Hello, I am trying to send money to may bank account but it does not reflect the real balance in peso. It shows that on my balance but it only reflects the previous balance i hace which is 50php. I have converted it from CAD to PHP but still not show the total amount in PHP.
Hi @Ivee_D Thank you for communicating with us. Here’s how to select a currency for your primary balance: Click Details next to your balance. Click Manage currencies. Select the currency you want and click Make Primary. Your primary balance is your default currency. Your default currency is used to send and request payments. Or You can transfer some or all of your PayPal balance from one currency to another. Here's how to convert your balance to another currency: Go to Wallet. Click the three dots icon next to the currency. Click Convert currency. Follow the instructions. Hope this helps.
