Automatic transfer has failed and has showing its been denied

HI there,

I recently have been denied my automatic transfer to my bank account and I have no idea what to do or who to talk to could someone please help me?

Previously I've tried withdrawing the amount but it kept denying it, I decided I'd leave it let it transfer automatically and that too turned out to be denied.

Does paypal support still answer these concerns or should I go deeper?

Thanks for sharing, I was aware of the 30 day waiting period, but that isn't my issue. My Issue is the funds wouldn't transfer to my account here automatically. It says it failed to transfer. And I don't fully understand why. Unless its my bank who is blocking it. Unfortunately I could not reach them as Hurricane Elsa had hit my country late Thursday and it left us with no power or water for 2 days. Have to Try on monday.
