I tried to add/link a Visa electron card on my account recently, and it was rejected by PayPal. I haven`t had enough founds for card check fee in the moment. Meanwhile, I`ve added enough founds on my Visa credit card, but the system of PayPal did not accepted my card and didn`t refund already reserved cca 1,59 $ as well. As a prove of the reason why I am asking you to resolve thiss issue, I`m sending you a screenshoots as an attachments.
My Visa electron credit card is not expired, neither is blocked by the bank. Everything is ok with my Visa electron card.
