Adding Bank account

I'm having trouble adding my bank account to my PayPal account. I type in all the correct digits they ask but it keeps coming up with "please put your account details in and try again" I'm from New Zealand, but i have stated it is a New Zealand bank account

I understand you're having difficulty adding a bank account, and I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser. If the error persists, you may need to contact Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.

I hope you're able to add the bank soon!
