Add money to PayPal Balance?

Since my credit card can't pay/send money to sellers with PayPal in the middle, there is no meaning to pay through PayPal site. And since a bank in my country can't allow to send money from my bank account to PayPal Balance but only receive money from PayPal, there is no reason to serve inhabitants in Taiwan from PayPal's point of view, for we can directly trade with people without any middle man standing there watching and counciling. Again there is no meaning to trade through PayPal for people in Taiwan. If that is true, PayPal shall deny any People from Taiwan, or shall I say just ban us. Sincerely, PoyaoHsu

        I could describe some of the argument between me and the bank clerks. If that bank only offers receiving service from PayPal, then if a U.S. PayPal member has his PayPal Balance operating and if he wants to retreat from PayPal Balance after he proceeds a payment to me, then the actually process shall be withdrawing money from my bank account. Then people in Taiwan apparently have no equal rights with U.S. residents.

        Then you may smile and say PayPal Balance is actually a bank account semantically and who would stand in the middle between the unusual two accounts?

PayPal Customer Support :

Apparently there is no so called PayPal Balance bank account, and if what I say is false, then everyone on this planet can contribute such service.
