Add and confirm bank account

Hello!

There is a problem that when I want to add my bank account to my profile, I get the message "Sorry, but we are unable to add your bank account at this time." The system recognizes my bank account in Slovakia and even the bank itself, this it also looks good in the attached picture. Slovak banks are accepted in the PayPal system, I checked this. Since there is no specific information about this and I have been trying for days, I would like to ask if you can help with this, do you have any experience? Another interesting thing: the bank card, which is issued from the same bank, was accepted by the system without any problems.

Unfortunately, PayPal customer service itself is not available in writing, at least I could not find them.

Hi, thanks for posting to our Community. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently with your account. Profile changes can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity, or if the bank is not supported.

Hello! Thank you for your answer! As far as I know, everything is fine on my profile and the bank I want to provide is assumed to be supported as it is recognized by the system. I have closed my old bank account (VUB) so I decided to add my new bank account to PayPal, but now I have exactly the same problem with my new bank account (Tatra banka).  Everything seems to be fine, system recognizes my bank account and the bank itself but I get the message "Sorry, but we are unable to add your bank account at this time." With my old bank account (VUB) there was no problem. I have asked the new bank, but they have found no problem and they have said it should be working. It really sucks because now I had to add my Revolut debet card.
