Because there is another option called ‘parcel post’ I have more than enough to pay for platinum delivery but was wondering if it makes a difference if I chose ‘parcel post’ instead of ‘express post’.2 After I have entered shipping information such as status, tracking number (if available) and shipped by, will the pending ‘on hold’ or ‘pending’ balance be released even if I haven’t put in a bank or credit card?
