Hi, I tried to link my account with my bank to receive a payment. I keyed in a routing number for the bank and my account number. It however was transferred to another bank (ACADEMY BANK NA x-<removed>). Kindly help my bank is Kenya Commercial Bank. Can this transaction be reversed? Thank you Kind regards Gabriel <removed>

If it does not complete or is declined it should bounce back to your paypal account balance.

The options for withdrawing funds in Kenya is by using the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer funds out of a PayPal account.
