I've changed my address and tried to change it on my card details it wouldn't work so deleted the card now it wont let me add it anyone help? Thank you

Contact customer service to reset the card. When changing billing address, you'll have to be sure it's changed at card's account first, then add the new mailing address to your PayPal account settings, select it your current billing address (and primary address if needed) and then lastly do you select the correct billing address for the card itself on the Wallet page.

 

To contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
