Hello! I have a business paypal account, and I shipped an order and put in the tracking number for paypal to pay me when it was delivered. The customer received the package, but since i accidentally put UPS instead of USPS paypal is still holding onto my money. I absolutely cannot figure out how to change it to USPS so that Paypal will understand that it has been delivered. I also tried to create a ticket in the resolution center, but it said none could be made...
Hey I was having the same issue and just figured out how to fix it! Open PayPal in your mobile browser, go to your activity page or press on the “see what’s on hold” option, scroll down on the transaction and there’s an option for you to edit the shipment information. Hope this helps!
