Hello, if I add a credit card and I do not have money on it what's going on? Can I add my credit card if I do not have the money on it? What is the charge for adding the card? (I'm from romania)

as long as your credit card has not expired,not reported stolen and in your name and issued by a legitimate entity,try linking it.
