Had a call from this number today, as I had a -*** on my PayPal balance. I also had a new card delivered which was different from PayPal that I needed to update. They called me and told me I need to put money in so it goes to 00.00 and not minus and I told them I have a new card and I told them my card number and expiration date and they set it up?.... is this a scam or is it actual paypal
