Back in June paid my Comcast bill with paypal.
Comcast said the Payment didn't go through.
my account was never credited.
BUT paypal deducted the $ from my account.
called ComC and they kept saying NO $ was received.
called Pal and kept saying they sent a payment.
so i made another payment and it went through.
i contacted Pal about 2 payments appearing on my account and Pal filed a dispute on the missing payment.
and of course Comc put my account in the RED since Pal filed a dispute on the only payment they claimed to have received.
after 1 month + of arguing, many phone calls, many hours wasted, i gave up.
i got my $ from Pal.
but ComC kept saying i owed them $.
i closed my ComC account and returned the equipment.
with the "missing" payment, i owed them nothing.
i don't know where this payment is but Pal deducted the $ from my account.
ComC kept on calling me, reported me to a collection agency, by August they claimed i owed them $200.
since then i have NOT felt comfortable paying anything with my Pal account.
i really believe this was a PAL glitch.
i really believe Pal never paid comcast.
you would think that at 1 point both parties would have communicated to find out what happened.
ComC said they don't call other parties.
ComC said that all they are concerned about is ME.
you would think PAL would also called ComC to find out where the payment sent went.
NOPE...
so i am moving far away in a week.
so i could care less.
i was buying my plane tickets.
had enought money on this account.
then i got scared.
what if the $ are deducted from my Pal account but never sent to the Airline Company.
this time i don't have enough pay for a second ticket.
it would be a catastrophe.
so if a MOD reads that or a PP employee.
that is what you have done to me.
i NO longer feel comfortable using my pal DC and my pal Account to pay for things.
i firmly believe that Pal never paid Comcast even though the $ were deducted from my account.
by the this November and ComC is still trying to reach me.
