I am very upset that I waited on hold for an hour before a Supervisor, Ray, answered the phone! There should be an extra step to confirm that we want our payment to come out of a certain account! I set up a new account and pressed send and they took it out of an old account! This account had no money in it and the credit union will now charge me an overdraft fee! Then the Supervisor could not reverse it and make sure it comes out of the correct account! Paypal needs a confirmation step, and better customer service! No one should have to wait an hour, especially for NOTHING!!

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.
So not sure how you can mix up a personal and business account.
If you have 2 of the same type then you risk both being limited.
Advice is voluntary.
