Re not receiving payments.....Thats reason we pay a fee to pay pal.... for them to hold your money. For what ever reason pay pal holds their CUSTOMERS liable for the shipping providers (USPS, FED Ex Ect) I do not understand why but seems to work for pay pal.
I do not understand why any one signs up for the "buy now pay 10-14 days later either. Thought I would express that opinion since these "Benefits" are impressioned to be very customer oriented but I am willing to bet, this is another round about way this payment processor "places a hold" on funds.
I think more details should be provided from paypal for any process in place, it's always what isnt written that will kick their customer in the butt everytime. Sometimes it is less headache, hassle and much cheaper to just have a buyer mail or overnight check direct. LEARNED MY LESSON.
