Can't ever do anything you want on paypal. You figure its easy but its always a pain in the **bleep**. When you want to send money it wont work but you can buy anything you want on website or transfer to bank.. When you want to transfer to bank it will say hah you have better luck getting laid by your wife but yet everything else will work. Paypal just hates you and when it knows you want to do a specific thing it wont let you because paypal makes money on interest for you having money in your paypal account. When you add or recieve money in your paypal account it is deposited into Paypal "bank" account. And they collect interest on every cent so they try as hard as possible to keep it there. They will pointlessly limit verified and strong accounts just to make sure you dont get that money for 180 days. Congrats to paypal to becoming the biggest scam since iphone and car insurance. For 100% better results just use western union or a good old fashion bank transfer... rant over
