How is it in this day and age of computers, that papal credit will not tell you whether you can have an extintion or not. You just have to make a purchase and hope,it is paid. This is so wrong. That leaves a buyer looking like a non payer and leaves a seller thinking a purchase has been made only to have non payment. How do they get away with this. I am told the system is entirely automated and that the person at paypal can not do anything. Entirely automated????. With computers they should be able to provide information or make changes. Can someone explain this to me!!!!
