On hold with PayPal for OVER two (2) hours, STILL on hold. Does anyone at PayPal answer the phones anymore....?????? They repete the same message; we handle your problems quickly and efficiently. I think if PayPay is going to outsource to another country they need to teach them what "quickly & efficiently" means!!!!!!!!!!!!!
