Hi, I have searched for this type of service on internet but not found.
So, It is the fast withdraw paypal balance to bank or card service, the withdraw time can decrease from week downto few minutes. Thus, can increase Paypal's client.
The method is: You'll need to make a group or build an auto system, 2 way transfer ( Money in card or bank <--> Paypal balance ). When they click to transfer ( A to B or B to A ), the group or machine will get money A and cash money B or get money B and cash out money A directly to account, no long pending or get silly rejected from the bank plus silly bank fee and money vaporize to nothing due to currency exchange ( save economy ).
Then we can limit the minimum and maximum transfer. Because it is fast, the fee charge can be higher.
