You can't on here, you can always email your thanks but to be honest they are paid to help you and it is their job.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I understand that it's the Paypal employees' job to help, but sometimes someone goes above and beyond...far more than most other employees have or would have. And it's my opinion that when an employee does that, he/she should be recognized for their service and kindness.
Chris from Dublin did that today when he assisted me in resolveing a problem with Ebay, which had also created some problems here on Paypal. Actually, if he hadn't helped me as he did, I would have canceled my Ebay membership. And I'm a long-time (2001) member, in good standing with 100% positive feedback. Just to clarify something, Paypal was not in any way responsible for helping me, nor did they contribute to my dissatisfaction.
Thank you, Chris!
So can anyone tell me how/who I can write to give credit to Chris for his help??

But I've been a 100% feedback member on Ebay since 2001, and VERY unhappy with how I was treated by them.

My first days as a customer with Paypal were incredibly frustrating. I learned that policies restricted access for funds for a period of time. While this information was disclosed in the customer agreement, it was never explicity indicated anywhere else. Indeed, only when I tried to transfer funds was I informed that bank account transfers were limited to $1,000 per month. I spoke to a represenative several days ago who assured me that the issue would be resolved. In fact, when I tried again, the same issues arose. Three phone calls later, finally connected with Desiree, a supervisor, who addressed and resolved the issue. I was ready to close the account having dealt with representatives who told me I was rude. I strongly urge Paypal tol spell out certain conditions in way that new customers understand. Even so, I am still a customer and have Desiree to thank.

I just spoke to the most patient helpful young man with PayPal. His name Shane Daly in the Limitations Department.
I received an e-mail that I had ordered something and there was 2 charges which I did not do.
I couldn't get into my account due to forgotten e-mails I was so frustrated and Shane Daly made everything seem so easy and he was so kind. It was a real blessing to me to have such a nioce young man guide me through this crazy world of cyberspace.
I just want to thank you for hiring such nice, knowledable, patient people.
