Deceiving Business Practices

My issue is with Paypal allowing its services to be used by what I consider to be fraudulent and deceiving business practices. Based on systweak.cleverbridge.com's promo text I was motivated to purchase @ $69.52, a Mac Cleaning App that sounded great. I paid, but on entree was immediately disappointed with the rest of their texts.
They informed me it did not do a complete job, and as such tried to sell me additional services. Furthermore I find out at $69.52 it is for ONE year only. Then when I cancelled, I was told:
"Your subscription of "Advanced Mac Tuneup" has been canceled. Please note that a cancelation stops future renewal charges, but does not result in a refund of your order."
Deciding I had seen enough, I did NOT download anything, and canceled all.
I feel that by doing business with a sneaky, un-ethical outfit like this, Paypal is showing they tolerate this type of business practice.
This experience has now tainted my former respect for Paypal. .... You mean to say? ...I can NOT get a refund for having purchased NOTHING?
Your thoughts please...
