good day all i just read on Gizmodo that Yesterday, PayPal agreed to pay customers $15 million for ripping them off over the past few years.  does that mean i can finally get paypal to give me back my $500.00 that dissapeared from my x.com account back in 97/98 when they bought out and merged x.com into paypal??  i fought tooth and nail with pp to get my money back and was always met with "can you prove you hade it?".  well of course i couldnt because all login to x.com ( even to this day) takes you to paypal. so i wanna know if i can finally get my money returned ( via paypal funds seeing as original funds were in x.com funds).

Well its not on the list on that website but your best bet is to seek legal advice to see if you can recover some of the funds.....good luck.

yeah that always seemed to have been the case which is why i stopped fighting in the first place but seeign as how many people have been ripped off and **bleep** over maybe it is time i did file suit, of course if i have to file suit to get funds back i wont settle for the original amount i wil file suit for the original amount with interest dating back to the beginning ( 97/98 time frame so lets just be nice and say jan 99 to the date that the funds are returned IN FULL) , all attorney and court costs, + i would request extra monentary compensation for the way paypal kept giving me ( and is still giving me) the tunaround and making excuses as to why they dont have to pay it back.
